This document establishes the conditions that regulate the process of booking services through the website https://nerjataxisbooking.com, property of Roberto García Gómez (hereinafter, “the Provider”), with the trade name Nerja Taxis Booking, residing in Cisne Street, 6, 29780 Nerja (Malaga), and contact email: nerjataxi@hotmail.com o reservas@nerjataxisbooking.com.

1. Purpose of the service

Through this website, no direct economic transaction is carried outThe client can:

  • Request personalized quotes, the acceptance of which constitutes confirmation of the reservation.
  • Perform reservations via widget (Chauffeur Taxi Booking System for WordPress, developed by QuanticaLabs), which will be reviewed and confirmed by the Provider if applicable.

In both cases, the reservation implies a firm commitment between customer and supplier to make the journey requested in the agreed date, time and place.

2. Reservation and validation process

  • Budgets: The reservation is considered formalized at the moment the client expressly accepts the budget sent by the Provider through any official means enabled (email or WhatsApp).
  • Bookings via the widget: By submitting a reservation request using the form integrated into the website, the customer accepts these conditions. However, if there is any questions or specific needs, the user must contact the Provider directly before considering the reservation as confirmed.

  • Prices visible in the widget do not include surcharges for services during night hours (from 22:00 p.m. to 06:00 a.m.) or in weekends and holidays.

The service is provided from taxi stops located in the municipality of Nerja, and also including Frigiliana y Maro (as origin or destination). Journeys to provinces such as Malaga, Granada, Almeria, Cordoba or Seville, always after consultation and express confirmation.
